Crossroads Summer Camp Staff is the best in the country. You will spend seven weeks working alongside the staff of Clayton King Ministries to make an eternal impact on the lives of more than 6,000+ students and leaders.

You’ll have opportunities to:

  • Invest in high school and middle school students

  • Participate in active ministry to help discover your next steps

  • Develop individual spiritual gifts

  • Grow in a relationship with Christ through intentional discipleship

  • Build life-long friends

  • Earn some money, too

If this is your next step, we invite you to complete one of two applications below: new staff or returning staff. Please note, this application process may take more than a few minutes.

We highly recommend submitting applications as soon as possible. Once we have a full roster of qualified applicants, we will close the staff application process.
