We have structured our software to protect your spots by making it impossible for anyone new to register until you get a chance to pay. The only way to keep your spots from getting double booked is by manually entering payment by phone. Thanks for your understanding!
Please remember to drop any unneeded spots BY April 15th so you aren’t held to paying the remaining balance of any unused spots June 1st. We ask that your finalized group total be submitted to us in writing by April 15th.
You can continue to add spots within your week (even after April 15th) as long as space allows.
